From the day we are born, we experience life and all it has along the way. Sometime we have great and wonderful experiences and relationships, and often times we are faced with difficulties and challenges - in our relationship with others as well as in our day to day activities. As we go through life, events and people shape our belief system and affect our perception of Yahweh. These events can leave us feeling like we are drifting aimlessly along, feeling alone and empty, frustrated so we react in hurtful ways toward others, blaming God, and doing things that put us in dangerous positions. We want to stop the vicious cycle but we don't know how so we find ourselves feeling tired, defeated, and depressed.
We have good news for you - there is help. It's called Inner Healing Prayer Ministry known as Sozo. The Inner Healing/Sozo ministry team is here to help you find your foundation, to help you break free from the ungodly beliefs that you have agreed with, and help you get re-established and restored to Yahweh - your loving Father.
Solomon's Rest Inner Healing/Sozo Ministry is a Christ-centered, inner healing prayer ministry. The goal of Sozo is to set individuals free from the emotional and spiritual prison they have found themselves bound in. Sozo seeks to release the captives and bring them back into an intimate relationship with Yahweh -- the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The main purpose of the Sozo ministry is to seek out and free indivudals from those things that get in the way of an intimite personal connection with their Father in heaven.
Sozo is a Greek word that, when the Bible was translated to English, means 'to save', 'to heal', 'to make whole', 'rescued', 'pulled from danger', or 'lifted above trouble.' A few examples of where the word Sozo was used may be found in Mark 10:52, Luke in 8:36 & 19:10, Paul used "Sozo" in Romans 5:10 and 10:9, Ephesians 2:8, and "Sozo" was used in James 1:21. Mark 10:52, "'Go,' said Jesus, 'your faith has healed (sozo) you.'" Luke 19:10, " 'For the Son of Man came to seek and to save (sozo) what was lost.' "
In the Sozo ministry, the individual and Inner Healing/Sozo ministry team members partner with God to bring forth fulfillment of His plan for their lives. A Sozo session can last about 2 to 3 hours and is by appointment only. During a Sozo session the individual and 2-3 Sozo team members set out to heal the wounds created by situations, people, and ourselves through prayer. A Sozo session is scheduled so that men minister with men, and women minister with women. During the session, issues that need to be addressed are covered in prayer as the Sozo ministry team members lead the individual through prayers of forgiveness and repentance. As Father God touches the individual, the anger, fear, and the lies that have bound up the individual are addressed. The session is not about exposing our sins or about humiliating us, but rather it is a confidential session with the primary goal of restoration - spiritual, emotional, and physical.
